OUR POLICIES

Daily Dog Walking Services

Services provided for clients during the week (Monday through Friday) are subject to a $10 cancellation fee for any visit cancelled inside of 24 hours.

Pet Sitting Services

All Pet Sitting is confirmed in advance and a deposit of 50% is required to reserve your dates. The balance is required 72 hours prior to services being rendered. Any pet sitting cancelled inside of 72 hours of the first visit will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the invoiced amount. If full payment has already been received, a credit of 50% of the amount paid will be applied to future services. Pet sitting cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at 100%.

 Holiday Pet Sitting* 

Pet Sitting requested for holidays require a 50% deposit in order for the reservation to be made. Payment for the balance is due 7 days prior to the services being rendered. Any holiday pet sitting services cancelled with less than seven days notice (of first visit), will be billed at 100%. No refunds will be given for holiday visits cancelled inside of 7 days of the first visit.

 

Payment

We accept credit cards and request that we have one on file prior to services. Your information will be secure and encrypted.  You will enter your information, and All Breed Care cannot see your number.

Returning early

The full contract agreement amount will be charged if you begin services and return home early. Time is reserved and cannot be resold. Full price will be charged if an All Breed Care associate arrives at your house, but is turned away.

 

Inclement weather

Visits cancelled when there is a severe weather warning will not be charged a cancellation fee, but advisories and other less serious weather concerns will be charged if it is safe for our employees to travel.

All cancellations/changes to scheduled services must be made through the office by logging in to your account, emailing  admin@allbreedcare.com or calling 919-845-4553.

Last Minute Services (bookings inside of 48 hours)

There will be a $15 surcharge per visit added to services provided with less than 48 hours notice.

Holidays

A $5 surcharge will be applied to each visit that occurs on a holiday. Holidays include Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day.

Reservations for Holiday services require 3-4 weeks advance notice due to high demand.
